Once unit has been secured the reservation form will be sent to you with request for deposits

A refundable security deposit plus a non-refundable cleaning fee are required to hold the reservation. Deposits vary depending on the size of property

FULLY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO RENT DUE

Pets are subject to owner approval. An additional pet deposit would be required

An Inventory list can be provided upon request to verify any important necessities
