COLLECT RENTS/Cleanings/Maintenance

• Monitor Timely Payments & Collect Late Fees
• Handle Maintenance Issues
• Use Local Service People Who Provide Dependable and Reasonably Priced Services
• Coordinate Cleanings Prior to Move In & At Move Out

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

• Monthly Issuance of Checks & Financial Statement (Includes invoices of expenses paid)
• 1099's Issued at Year End

Please note - If Owner terminates the Management Agreement prior to expiration of lease, Nabers Property Management & Real Estate shall be entitled to remaining management fees through the term of the lease.
